As of today (July 2nd, 2026), we are exactly 30 days away from RPG a Day 2026. If you’ve read this blog before, you probably know I’ve been participating in this initiative since 2014.
Autocratik and Runeslinger posted this year’s topics yesterday, and I am incredibly excited. Getting the prompts a month early gives us the perfect opportunity to plan ahead and prepare our content for August.
If this is the first time you’ve heard of it, let me fill you in on what RPG a Day is all about.
The initiative offers a series of daily prompts and ideas that you can use to create social media posts, art, blog entries, videos, whatever you feel inspired to make! The goal behind RPG a Day is to foster positive discussions, recognize the amazing things happening in our hobby, and welcome newcomers into the tabletop role-playing community. There are so many things to celebrate, and August is the perfect time to do it.
I invite you to join us and participate. It is a ton of fun!
